Rainbow Vegetable and Whipped Feta Terrine (v)

 (whipped feta cheese and layers of roasted peppers, beetroot and herbs)

Crispy Duck Pancakes

With hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber

Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup (v)

Served with herb croutons

Pan fried King Prawns

Served on cracked Pork with butternut squash puree

Salmon fillet topped with spinach and Dill, wrapped in puff pastry

 served with a hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and broccoli

Rhubarb and Ginger Crumble

Served with custard

Vanilla Cheesecake

with fresh fruit compote and topped with fresh cream

 Chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chunks of homemade brownie, honeycomb and warm chocolate sauce
